Remote Fintech Teams
Like many companies, the crew at Tern is predominately remote and Slack and Zoom are a big part of our day-to-day routine to help get things done. We've been doing it for a while now and certainly appreciate the tools available to help keep things moving. Tools are one thing but it's the people that really drive our Fintech-as-a-Service company forward and the connections are an incredibly valuable part of that.
It's such a treat when our team gets a chance to collaborate and even just hang out in real life so we try and celebrate these occasions and encourage them as often as possible. The Tern team enjoyed a recent trip to a Braves game together and several of the staff got the opportunity to meet up at various locations around the U.S. It's such a treat we had to document it!
